As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

Division I

Nominations Due February 10, 2026:

• NCAA Divisions II and III Men’s and Women’s Soccer Rules Committee – staff contact: Stanley Broaden.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Eric Crawford).  Committee preference: administrator. The following Division II conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Northwest Athletic Conference, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

Nominations Due February 3, 2026:

• NCAA Division II Academic Requirements Committee – staff contact: Jeremy Christoffels.  Two September vacancies.  One must be a chancellor or president, and one must be a representative of American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
• NCAA Division II Women's Golf Committee – staff contact: Mariah Martin.  One September vacancy replacing Benjamin Greenberg.  West region.  Individual must be an administrator.  
• NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee – staff contact: Micaela Liddane.  One September vacancy replacing Gregg Petcoff.  Individual must represent diving.  
• NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Committee – staff contact: Zach Christopher.  Immediate vacancy (replacing Erika Torrez).  Individual must be from the Southeast region and may be a coach or administrator 
• NCAA Divisions II and III Football Playing Rules Committee -staff contact: Ty Halpin.  Immediate vacancy (replacing Matthew Scott).  Individual must be a head coach and be from Super Region I.

Division III

• NCAA Division III Financial Aid Committee – staff contact: Eric Hartung.  Immediate vacancy (replacing Danielle Lynch).  Individual must be from geographic Area 2 (New York and Pennsylvania).  The following conference from geographic area 2 is already represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: State University of New York Athletic Conference.
