Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

Nominations Due May 12, 2026:

• NCAA Division II Academic Requirement Committee – staff contact: Jeremy Christoffels.  One September vacancy replacing Paul Flores.  The following conferences are (or will be) represented and therefore, not eligible for this vacancy: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Lakes Valley Conference, Great Midwest Athletic Conference, Gulf South Conference, and South Atlantic Conference.  
• NCAA Division II Women's Lacrosse Committee – staff contact: Ryan Rea.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Jennifer Pawlowski), Atlantic Region, individual must be an administrator.
• NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Committee – staff contact: Eric Breece.  One September vacancy – Atlantic region (committee preference: Mountain East Conference).  Individual must be an administrator.
• NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee – staff contact: Micaela Liddane.  One September vacancy.  Individual must be an administrator.  
• NCAA Divisions II and III Women's Lacrosse Rules Committee – staff contact: J.D. Hamilton.  One immediate vacancy(replacing Jennifer Pawlowski).  Individual may be a coach or administrator.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Northeast 10 Conference and Peach Belt Conference.
• NCAA Division II Coaching Enhancement Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Christal Peterson.  One September vacancy. 
• NCAA Division II Strategic Alliance Matching Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Christal Peterson.  One September vacancy. 

Nominations Due May 5, 2026:

• NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball – staff contact: Lynne Andrew.  One July vacancy (replacing Stephanie Yelton), South region.  Individual may be a coach or administrator.
• NCAA Division II Softball Committee – staff contact: Alyssa Rice.  One immediate vacancy, Midwest region (replacing Josh Calver).  Individual may be a coach or administrator.  
• NCAA Divisions II and III Playing Rules Oversight Panel – staff contact: Rachel Seewald.  Immediate Division II vacancy replacing Matt Wilson.  Must be an administrator.  The following conferences are currently represented and therefore not eligible for this vacancy: Great American Conference, Northeast 10 Conference, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

• NCAA Division III Women's Golf Committee – staff contact: Demetria Young.  One September vacancy West region.  Individual may be a coach or administrator.  
• NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Committee – staff contact: Laura Peterson Mlynski.  One immediate vacancy (replacing Kiana Verdugo).  Region VI/Great Lakes Region (men’s interest and women’s interest).  Individual must be female administrator.
• NCAA Division III Men's Wrestling Committee - staff contact: JP Williams.  Two September vacancies (one from each region – Region I and Region III).  Individuals may be a coach or administrator (committee preference – at least one administrator).
