As with all new systems, there are new instructions. Hopefully, this step-by-step process guide will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Access to the new system is granted via the Single-Source Sign-On System. If you do not have an SSO account, please click "Register" on the first screen of the Nomination Site and follow the prompts. If you already have an SSO account, you may simply click "Login" on the first page.

Notes

• To be eligible to serve on a divisional committee, or as a divisional representative on an Association-wide or common committee, an individual must be salaried on a regular basis by an institution or conference in the same division and perform a regular staff function representing at least 50 percent of the normal workload for a staff member at that institution or conference, unless otherwise specified.
• Individuals with regional advisory committee (RAC) experience are encouraged to submit nominations for sports committees with RACs.

• NCAA Division II Academic Requirement Committee – staff contact: Jeremy Christoffels.  Two September vacancies – one must be a chancellor or president, and one must be a representative of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. 
• NCAA Division II Baseball Committee – staff contact: Eric Breece.  One September vacancy – Southeast region (committee preference: South Atlantic Conference).  Appointee may be a coach or administrator.
• NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Committee – staff contact: Lynne Andrew.  One September vacancy – Southeast region (committee preference: South Atlantic Conference).  Appointee may be a coach or administrator.
• NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Cross Country Committee – staff contact: Lindsey Eldred.  One September vacancy – Atlantic region (committee preference: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association).  Appointee may be a coach or administrator.
• NCAA Division II Football Committee – staff contact: Randy Buhr.  One September vacancy – Super Region 3 (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Great Lakes Valley Conference, Great Midwest Athletic Conference, and Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference). Committee preference: coach.

• NCAA Division II Coaching Enhancement Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Christal Peterson.  Two September vacancies (one must be a former recipient or served as a supervisor or mentor of a former recipient). 
• NCAA Division II Internship Grant Selection Committee – staff contact: Christal Peterson.  Two September vacancies (at least one must be male).

• NCAA Men's and Women's Fencing Committee – staff contact: Zach Christopher - Two September vacancies.  One from the Mid-Atlantic/South Region and one from the Midwest region. Individuals may be coaches or administrators.  Division III schools eligible for the Midwest Region: Lawrence University.  Division III schools eligible for the Mid-Atlantic/South region: Drew University, Haverford University, John Hopkins University.
• NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Committee – staff contact: Kevin Alcox.  One September vacancy (Region I), coach or administrator.  Eligible conferences: Great Northeast Athletic Conference, Little East Conference, and North Atlantic Conference.  
• NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Committee – staff contact: Victoria Lipscomb.  One September vacancy (Region VI), coach or administrator.  
• NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Committee – staff contact: Victoria Lipscomb.  Two September vacancies (Regions V and VI - one from each region), coaches or administrators.
